If Prime Development wasn’t on your radar in 2018, you’ll want to see what’s coming up in 2019. Best known for distinctive residential neighborhoods and long-running financial stability, the folks at Prime Development Land Company have been working diligently to roll out new offerings for the New Year. Nature-driven land planning and exterior maintenance services are prominent themes for Prime Development’s 2019 offerings.

Located north of K-10 Highway and Canyon Creek Boulevard, Canyon Creek Point is a unique maintenance-provided neighborhood of full-size single family homes with spectacular views. Homes are sited atop a high ridge surrounded by city-owned park land on three sides. Since opening four new models last summer, nearly 50% of the lots have been taken for custom and spec houses, and over 20 residences sold. Don’t snooze on this one. There are only 99 lots in all. When you visit the first time, you’ll see why so many people are calling Canyon Creek Point the most beautiful new neighborhood in all of Johnson County. Most homes are priced from the high $400’s to mid $600’s.

Overlooking the scenic Indian Creek Valley at 129th and Black Bob Road, Crestwood Village is Prime Development’s newest maintenance-provided community. Hillside topography rises 100 feet above Indian Creek, affording tiered views of the stream valley, as well as back yard views of natural open spaces within the neighborhood. It’s an in-fill site, surrounded by established neighborhoods with retail stores, restaurants and services close by. Here you can chose from a variety of custom-tailored paired villas that were thoughtfully planned to provide optimal privacy for outdoor living spaces and pleasing views of nature from interior spaces. Construction of four model plans and 10-20 spec homes will begin in early 2019, with initial completion in early fall. Most homes will be priced from the high $300’s to mid $400’s.

Foxfield Villas is another new Prime Development neighborhood at 117th and Lone Elm Road within the established Foxfield Village community. The neighborhood is an enclave of forty maintenance-provided villas clustered on two private cul-de-sacs with open space at the center. 60% of the houses are free standing, 40% are paired with another home. A new furnished model showcases Gabriel Homes’ widely popular Richmond plan. Ten versions of the plan in a variety of exterior styles are now under construction, scheduled to be move-in ready between January and August of 2019. Homes are priced in the upper$300’s.

Prime Development’s newest single-family residential project at 119th and ¼ mile west of K-7 Highway, is something seldom seen in the Kansas City market. Timberstone Ridge has taken a unique approach to their development where nature is the driving force behind the design. Consisting of 36 estate-sized lots carved from 35 acres of densely wooded forest, Timberstone Ridge offers buyer’s the ultimate sense of privacy and harmony amidst nature through site-specific custom homes, natural vegetative buffer zones, and tree conservation requirements to minimize lot line delineation and preserve the pristine beauty of the area. Lots are expected to start in the mid $200’s with custom homes from the $1 Mil+.
